Detection of Mouse Mast Cell Protease-6/Mcpt6 by Western Blot Treatment with a mast cell degranulation stabilizer completely inhibits the development of experimental COPD and increases in the levels of mast cell tryptase.Wild-type BALB/c mice (6–8 weeks old, female) were exposed to cigarette smoke (CS) for 8 weeks and treated with disodium cromoglycate (DSCG) intranasally from weeks 6–8. control mice received equal volumes of vehicle.
