TROP-2, also named tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733 tumor associated antigen and epithelial glycoprotein-1 (EGP-1), is a type I transmembrane protein highly expressed in carcinomas.

Application: Flow Sample Tested: 4T1 mouse breast cancer cell line Species: Mouse

Detection of mouse TROP2 on the 4T1 breast cancer mouse cell line. 4T1 cells were treated with the Mouse TROP-2 antibody (catalog # MAB1122) (BLUE) or Rat IgG2B isotype control antibody (RED), followed by a secondary Goat Anti-Rat IgG APC antibody. Mouse TROP2 on 4T1 cells was not detected using this clone but it was detected using the polyclonal a-mouse TROP2 antibody (catalog # BAF1122).
