Biological Activity
ProTAME is a cell-permeable APC/C (anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome) inhibitor. It is converted to TAME (Tosyl-L-Arginine Methyl Ester) by intracellular esterases. It induces cell cycle arrest in metaphase followed by cell death.Technical Data
