Pyrintegrin
Chemical Name: N-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-4-[[4-(3,4-dihydro-6-hydroxy-1(2H)-quinolinyl)-2-pyrimidinyl]amino]benzenesulfonamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Pyrintegrin enhances survival of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) following enzymatic dissociation. Thought to enhance cell-ECM adhesion and activate integrin signaling. Pyrintegrin increases adhesion of hESCs to matrigel- and laminin-coated plates, but not to gelatin-coated plates. Also podocyte-protective agent and prevents LPS-induced proteinuria in mice.Technical Data
