Detection of Rabbit IgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry Mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD161/NK1.1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB7614A) and either (A) Rabbit Anti-Mouse KLRG1 Monoclonal Antibody (MAB6944) or (B) Normal Rabbit IgG Control (AB-105-C) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0110) at 10 µL/106 cells.
Detection of Rabbit IgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry U937 cells were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human IFN alpha beta R1 Monoclonal Antibody (2452, filled histogram) or (B) Normal Rabbit IgG Control (AB-105-C, open histogram) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (F0110) at 10 µL/106 cells.
