The Reconstitution Buffers, Catalog #s RB01 through RB07, are RUO (Research Use Only) products and are not guaranteed to be sterile. As part of Quality Control process prior to release, Reconstitution Buffers RB01 through RB07 undergo testing including a 7 day microbial Bioburden test, as well as a test for Endotoxin via LAL method (specification of < 0.25 EU/mL). If sterile buffer is required, it is recommended the buffer can be filtered through a 0.2 micron filter designed for use with biological fluids

I reconstituted the BMP-10 protein using this buffer and it was very convenient and saved time since I did not need to measure out the reagents myself. In addition, I feel my future experiments will be more consistent knowing that my protein is prepared the same way each time.

Needed this because we had no HCl in the lab, needed to reconstitute 'Recombinant Human Nodal Protein'. this saved me alot of time not having to order HCl, and make a small amount of this buffer that wouldn't be used for anything else. served its purpose in becoming a crucial component for my marmoset cell culture media.
