Negative control for use in conjunction with R&D Systems antibodies. This isotype control has been derivatized with a quantity of fluorochrome that matched the F/P (fluorochrome/protein) ratio of R&D Systems specific polyclonal antibodies. The recommended concentration is 5 μL/106 cells.

Detection of Sheep IgG Control by Flow Cytometry Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with Sheep Anti-Human IRF5 Alexa Fluor® 700-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC4508N, filled histogram) or Sheep IgG Alexa Fluor® 700-conjugated Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # IC016N, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
