Chemical Name: (S)-(E)-2-Cyano-3-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-(1-phenylethyl)-2-propenamide
Biological Activity
Tyrphostin B44, (+) enantiomer is an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.86 μM). Slightly less active than the (-) enantiomer.(-)-enantiomer also available.
