R&D systems, through the Tocris brand, offers a wide range of gold standard fluorescent dyes for cell fluorescence staining, as well as exclusive and spectrally enhanced dyes, designed and manufactured in-house. These include probes conjugated to Janelia Fluor® dyes, known for their brightness, photostability and suitability for live cell imaging.
The Janelia Fluor collection offers products with specific and advantageous characteristics that are ideal for a broad range of applications, such as Single-Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM), or Photoactivated Localization Microscopy (PALM) imaging. Our portfolio also includes novel fluorophores in the near-infrared range, for deep tissue and in vivo imaging work, and dyes for fluorescent staining in live and fixed cells.
