Applications
Negative control for use in conjunction with R&D Systems antibodies for flow cytometry applications. This isotype control has been derivatized with a quantity of fluorochrome that matched the F/P (fluorochrome/protein) ratio of R&D Systems specific polyclonal antibodies. The recommended concentration is 10 μL/106 cells.
This reagent has not been tested for immunohistochemistry.

We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.
