Biological Activity
(1S,3R)-ACPD is an active isomer of (±)-trans-ACPD. Agonist at both group I and II mGlu receptors (EC50 values are 5, 15, 42 and 60 μM at mGluR2, mGluR5, mGluR1 and mGluR6 respectively).NPEC-caged-(1S,3R)-ACPD, (±)-trans-ACPD and cis-ACPD also available.
