Detection of Goat IgG Primary Antibody by Western Blot.

Western blot shows detection of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Carboxylesterase 1/CES1 Polyclonal Antibody (AF4920) using a 1:1000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of Vimentin in Human Kidney

Detection of Vimentin in human kidney using 5 ug/mL of Goat anti-human Vimentin primary antibody (AF2105) followed by 30 min incubation with Donkey Anti-Goat HRP conjugated secondary antibodies (Catalog# HAF019) at 1:20 dilution + DAB chromogen (brown). The tissue was counterstained with Hematoxylin (blue). Control was done by omitting primary antibody.

    There are not many goat primary antibodies, however, when there is no other choices beside the goat primary antibody, anti-goat-HRP secondary is needed. This anti-goat antibody worked very well in my Western Blot.
