Detection of MRP1 in H69AR Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. H69AR human small cell lung cancer cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human MRP1 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC19291F, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002F, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Background: MRP1

MRP1 (Multidrug Resistance associated Protein 1), also known as ABCC1, belongs to the family of ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) transporters. It confers multidrug resistance on tumor cells and is overexpressed in various human multidrug resistant tumor cell lines.
