Detection of Sheep IgG Control by Flow Cytometry C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line was stained with Sheep Anti-Mouse AHR Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC6697G, filled histogram) or Sheep IgG Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # IC016G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
