Background: MD2

MD-2, also known as lymphocyte antigen 96 and ESOP-1, is a secreted glycoprotein that associates with the extracellular domain of TLR4. MD-2 is required for LPS binding and subsequent TLR4 signaling.

we use this antibody to see interactions with TLR4/MD2 complex and MD2 recombinant protein. Works well at a minimum of 1:10 folds in direct ELISA.
